Keeping a diverse group of people together is not easy. Unless they have to stay together because of shared interests, there aren’t many chances of people sticking together. There are stories of societies that were only together because it was feasible.

It is remarkable to see how many facilities we have today. The things we can accomplish just by the click of a few buttons is something unparalleled. A century ago, no one could have imagined that food can be delivered at their doorstep if they order from a website. In fact, no one would know what a website is a century ago.

It is sad how little we know about a lot of tribes and communities of the world. Some might say that they don’t have the time to learn everything about the world and its people and they would be right because no one can do that in one lifetime. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try at all. We can get to know the people of the world a little better.

It is one thing to want something and another entirely to work for it. A lot of people have dreams in life and some of them may be unrealistic. But even the realistic ones may not come true if people are not committed to them. The world is full of too many options and people may have a hard time figuring out which choice will be right for them.

Sometimes a great idea can never be put into use because of how unpractical it is. Creators can forget sometimes that users are an important part of the process and if something isn’t easy to use, it won’t do good at the market. A washing machine that comes with fifty buttons because the creator wanted to give more options to the users will not sell well because consumers want ease above all else.

The world is full of all kinds of things and as a result, there are fans of everything. If you go on Tumblr or Twitter, you will be able to see fandoms quite frequently. They also get in fights with the people who say something against their idols. But it’s all fun until someone questions another person’s right to like a band or a movie.

There are many things in life that are complex to the point that most people find it difficult to understand them. But there are also things that we can easily understand if we try a little. Sometimes, the full picture is difficult to see but you can figure out parts of it. For instance, most computer users don’t know how a computer works. They don’t know how the input and output system keeps running smoothly.

There are thousands of hilarious incidents related to language that you can find online. Sometimes, the wrong spelling turns a sign board into something hilarious. You can even find mistakes on places where there shouldn’t be any mistakes, like the pamphlet for a school or a language teaching class. There are Facebook pages dedicated to the collection of such silly mistakes. But nothing comes close to the incorrect translations.

One of the saddest things about our world is that the struggles of poor nations are rarely publicized. Everyone knows about the French Revolution. There is hardly any person a little bit familiar with the world’s history who doesn’t know about the American Civil War. But no one can tell you which state became the first nation to declare independence in the Caribbean. We don’t really know much about the world’s history, only the version of it that suited the historians.

There are many great things about being a human. Our species have it easy in many ways. Other species don’t even know of the benefits that we enjoy on a daily basis. Imagine if we had to find shelter every night like animals or live without electricity, a thing plants have no concept of. One of the things that our species should be grateful for but we always take for granted is our ability to learn whatever we want.
