  • What types of documents do you translate?

    We translate and certify a wide range of documents, including birth and marriage certificates, school transcripts, diplomas, passports, court orders, criminal records, and more. We support all languages and accept almost all file formats. 

  • Are your certified translations accepted by USCIS?

    Yes, we guarantee acceptance by USCIS. Our certified translations meet all USCIS requirements, and we have a perfect acceptance rate. 

  • Do you provide apostilles?

    No, we do not provide apostille services, but we specialize in translating apostilled documents. Be sure to obtain the apostille before submitting the document for translation. 

  • Do you offer interpreting or other services?

    Yes, we offer interpreting, transcription, subtitling, and localization services. Contact us at info@universal-translation-services.com to discuss your needs.

Pricing & Payment

  • How much does a certified translation cost?

    Certified translations cost $20.00 per page. This includes the certification letter, signed and stamped pages, and delivery via PDF. 

  • What is the cost for regular document translations?

    Regular translations are priced between $0.07 and $0.10 per word, depending on the language pair and subject matter. 

  • Do you offer student discounts?

    Yes, we offer student discounts. To receive the discount, the project email address must be a valid student email address entered at the time of the quote request. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, digital wallets (like Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal, and region-specific bank transfers. We accept payments in USD, EUR, and GBP. You can access our payment page here.

  • What happens if I pay twice by mistake?

    If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will promptly refund the extra amount. Please contact our team here or email us at info@universal-translation-services.com with the transaction details so we can verify and process your refund. 

Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • How long does a translation take?

    Documents up to 3 pages are usually delivered the next day. For larger or complex projects, we’ll provide a custom timeline. 

  • Can you handle urgent translations?

    Yes, we offer expedited services at no extra charge. Just let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it. 

  • Can I get a hard copy of my translation?

    Yes. Hard copies are available for $20 per project + $1 per translated page. For projects larger than 10 pages, an additional charge may apply. They are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day within the U.S. 

  • Can I pick up my translation from your office?

    Yes. Pickup is currently only available at our Beacon Tower location in North Miami, Florida. The cost is $10.00 per project plus $1.00 per translated page. If you'd like to pick up your translation, please contact our team to arrange this. 

Reviewing & Approving Translations

  • What if I find issues after approving the translation?

    Once you approve the translation, any additional changes cost $10.00. If the project has been closed, a reopening fee will also apply. 

  • Can I review the translation before final delivery?

    Yes. You will receive a draft and can make unlimited changes during the 7-day review period. 

  • How do I request edits?

    You can make edits directly using our online editor, which is the quickest way to process changes. Once your translation is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to access the editor. You can also access it through your online account. Your edits will be reviewed by our team before the final version is delivered. 

Office Info

  • What are your office hours?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes holidays too!

  • Can I drop off documents in person?

    Yes. You may drop off your documents or scan them in at one of our office locations during business hours (M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Translators work remotely, so translations are not done on-site. 

  • Do you offer support in Spanish?

    Yes, we provide Spanish-language assistance by phone, email, and live chat.
